We went to Springvale for lunch on Saturday. We were looking for a place to get Pho, and there were a number to choose from. We decided on one place that looked pretty busy, and it was delicious, though I nearly ordered soup with chicken livers and giblets etc. in it (that was the ‘special’ part in ‘special chicken’. I was questioned as to whether I really wanted the chicken offal, and I opted out. Nathan had his very own bowl of the soup for the first time, and he really enjoyed it. Toby missed out though, he was asleep.
