Nathan still adores his trains, and Toby loves destroying tracks and sucking on trains. We were in HobbyCo on the weekend and decided to buy Nathan a new train. We asked him to choose from three different trains. Nathan had other ideas though, and wanted one not on offer.
“I like the one with the eyes. Mummy, I really like the one with the eyes.”
He doesn’t know the Thomas trains or associated characters by name, but he is still drawn to them. Who would have thought that eyes would have such power over a 2-year-old!
